We are excited to offer a sensory training workshop, led by our new Director of Quality Control, Haley Campbell. On Monday, April 21, Haley will lead you through a blind sampling of the 6 most common off-flavors in beer. We'll follow it up with some OTTO pizza and Rising Tide beer (with no off-flavors!) to clear out our palates!
We have space for only 24 people, and we expect it will fill up quickly. Cost is $30 and includes the guided tasting workshop, OTTO pizza, and one 10 oz. sample of Rising Tide beer. The event runs from 6:00 to 8:00pm. We'll start the workshop portion of the evening promptly at 6:15 so please arrive on time.
